Porsche, Ferrari,(what next, ford or pontiac?) Jemima
We are working out kids name for our first, currently under planning stages. So far the favourites are:
Abigail Storm (Surname begins with H so she can be nicknamed Ash)
Daisy Jane (although this one could be bastardised to Daisy Chain)
Hannah Louise - Clare hates this one
Not decided on any boys names yet. Any suggestions? we quite like Kieron as it's quite celtic.

Public debate on how the forum is run
by Simon injust a reminder / clarification.. i'm not interested in public debate or questioning about hwo the forum is run, especially individual decisions we make.. if you have any questions about anything or want to challenge any decision then do it via email or pm.
any posts like this made on the main board will be deleted and, if continued, will result in suspension of the account used (as happened with minimus who's account has now been reactivated).
i'm sure you will appreciate the reason for this.

This is a forum, not a democracy.
Unless you pay towards the hosting costs and towards the time of the moderators then what gives you the right to have a say in who is deleted and why? and why expect public announcement of everyone who is deleted, or asks to be deleted. I've seen this on sevaral boards where antagonistically vocal critics ask to be deleted in a big huff and then complain when they are. Get over it! We are here to chat and discuss stuff rather than have chippy little disagreements over internal politics. If you don't like the way it's run, you know where the door is.

I did atkins in the run up to a holiday last year and was successful in losing about 20 lbs. I have since got married and put it all back on, I've also not had any time for exercise which has compounded the problem. The one system I used which I think was really sustainable was the weightwatchers plan, it really changes the way you plan your meals and is not restrictive in the way Atkins is.
There is a front page story in one of the tabloids over here today giving info on how Atkins died and how unhealthy he was.

Your Results:
The top score on the list below represents the faith that Belief-O-Matic, in its less than infinite wisdom, thinks most closely matches your beliefs. However, even a score of 100% does not mean that your views are all shared by this faith, or vice versa.
Belief-O-Matic then lists another 26 faiths in order of how much they have in common with your professed beliefs. The higher a faith appears on this list, the more closely it aligns with your thinking.
How did the Belief-O-Matic do? Discuss your results on our message boards.

go to 'news and current affairs' and choose the thread entitled 'Prince's newfound religion'
My question - what would you say? and I know I have asked this question before but have never seen anyone post anything with any real gravitas apart from one paticular posting from Gadget. I don't want opinion I want fact backed up with references or scripture. No 'just tell him to get lost' as when you do that you have lost the arguement and I genuinely want to reach this latest guy as he is obviously in pain.

Did Jesus or other bibical figures use marijuana?
by Leander ini've heard on a couple of occasions that it was a frequent practice in bible times for people to use hemp oil.
has anyone else heard this take on the bible before?
is there a way to prove whether its true or not?

Revelations was more like a serious acid trip with some pretty good shrooms chucked in for good measure. He would have been too chilled out to come up with all that fire and brimstone stuff if he was stoned

I never did the model dub thing, I was never one for being subtle.
Bad boy? hmm.... sex, drugs, heavy metal & long hair. Does that qualify?
